strength training suggestions?

right now, i pretty much just make up the moves as i go along. i have 10 pound dumbells, resistance bands, and a stability ball. but i would prefer a routine. the time goes by faster when i’m following a plan. and i know i’m doing effective moves.  any good suggestions? videos? web sites? books? time to streamline this bod:)

Will you know I love Jillian Michaels. Billy Blanks and Leslie Sansone are also good.

reply a little delayed…but…i am loving (and *hating*) The Firm. It combined everything the fitness gurus recommend (i.e., aerobics, strength training, stretch, resistance, step-aerobics) into 55 minutes. It is really kicking my butt - however, i am certain it is working. They guarantee “visible results within 10 workouts” and i just completed #4. I’ll keep you posted.
